Risk disclosure
Last updated 4 November 2026. Draft for review by a UK solicitor before launch.
Read this before you use any Velynt agent. Velynt Ltd (“Velynt”, “we”) licenses software that places trades on a brokerage account that you own and control. The decision to use an agent, the account it runs on, the risk settings it runs under and every trade it places are yours.
Leveraged trading can lose more than you deposit
Contracts for difference (CFDs), spot FX, index, commodity and cryptocurrency CFDs are leveraged products. A small market move can produce a loss larger than the money you put in. Losses are not capped by Velynt and may exceed any risk limit you set when markets gap, when your broker's execution differs from a quoted price, when your computer or connection fails, or when you trade manually on the same account.
Past performance does not predict future results
Records shown on this site are computed from an agent's own trade log and are labelled as demo or live. A demo account fills at quoted prices and does not experience slippage, requotes or liquidity gaps; results on a live account can be materially worse. A short record proves little. No record, demo or live, is a prediction, a projection or a promise.
Velynt is not your adviser and does not manage your money
- Velynt never holds, accesses or controls your brokerage account, login or funds.
- Velynt does not recommend any agent, setting or market to you personally. Profiles describe what an agent does; they are not advice.
- Velynt is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Nothing on this site is a financial promotion of a regulated investment service.
- You are responsible for deciding whether using an agent is appropriate for you, for complying with your broker's terms and with any prop-firm rules, and for any tax.
Software can fail
The agent depends on your computer, your MetaTrader 5 terminal, your broker, your internet connection and Velynt's signal service. Any of these can fail or behave unexpectedly. The agent manages open positions only while it is running; positions keep the stop-loss orders placed with your broker, and your broker's handling of those orders is outside our control.
Manual trading on the same account
If you place your own trades on an account an agent is running, the agent's risk limits may close your trades, your trades may trigger the agent's loss stops, and prop-firm limits may be reached by the combination. We recommend running an agent on an account you do not trade manually.
Only risk what you can afford to lose
Do not fund a trading account with money you need for living costs, debt or obligations. If you are unsure whether leveraged trading is appropriate for you, seek independent financial advice from an FCA-authorised adviser before using any agent.
